We accept cancellations and modifications to bookings up to 4 hours prior to a tee time. If you modify or cancel a tee time with at least 4 hours’ notice, there will be no charges incurred. Log-in to your account on Tee-On.com and in the Menu tab, click on “Edit a Reservation” and make the necessary changes.
If a group fails to cancel one or more players up to 4 hours prior to a tee time, the credit card on file will be charged a Short-Show Fee equivalent to the pro-rata cost of the original booking for those “no show” golfers. If a tee time is cancelled with less than 4 hours’ notice, the credit card on file will be charged a Late Cancellation Fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the original booking. If the course is unplayable due to weather or other circumstances, you will not be charged for your booking.
A last-minute cancellation, no-show or short-show denies another golfer the opportunity to play. Oakville Executive Golf Courses is a public golf facility and our policies were developed to maximize the opportunity for public golfers to play golf.
Junior Golf Camps run weekly from beginning of July to end of August and are led by Steve Brackenbury, our Director of Golf, who runs Brackenbury Golf and Whole in 1 Golf Camps. Steve offers a 4-day, full day, camp that includes on-course play at Oakville Executive where juniors can practice their newly found skills with their instructor.
Our 5000 sq. ft. club house with licensed patio overlooks the property and is located between both courses.
The atmosphere inside is warm and inviting and caters to both individuals and groups. It is a comfortable place for golfers to relax and reminisce after their round about the day’s ‘Hi-Lite Reel’ shots and the ones that didn’t quite work out.
To complete a great day of golf, you’ll find a menu offering tasty, homemade fare such as soups, wraps, sandwiches and salads.
Whether you’re looking for a light snack or nibble to go along with your favourite après-golf beverage or looking for a full-sized meal, all our food is carefully prepared by our trained and knowledgeable kitchen staff.
It is not unusual to see the regulars checking out Oakville Executive’s ‘Daily Specials Board’ before the start of their round so they can ponder over what delicious meal to have when they finish their game.
