A signed waiver is now required for all golfers and guests – it’s good for life, also applies to cart rentals, and only needs to be signed once. The waiver needs to be completed by EVERY player in your group – it’s best to do this in advance of arriving so we can search your name when you check-in for your tee time. (You can sign the waiver in the Pro Shop when you arrive but it will really slow things down.) Click here to complete the waiver.

If you are booking for more than four golfers, you must make two tee times; if you are a single player please call the Pro Shop and we will book you in. A credit card is required to secure a tee time.
We accept cancellations and modifications to bookings up to 4 hours prior to a tee time. If you modify or cancel a tee time with at least 4 hours’ notice, there will be no charges incurred.
If a group fails to cancel one or more players up to 4 hours prior to a tee time, the credit card on file will be charged a Short-Show Fee equivalent to the pro-rata cost of the original booking for those “no show” golfers. If a tee time is cancelled with less than 4 hours’ notice, the credit card on file will be charged a Late Cancellation Fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the original booking.
To modify or cancel a tee time, please log-in to your account on Tee-On.com and in the Menu tab, click on “Edit a Reservation” and make the necessary changes.
The Pro Shop & Clubhouse are Cashless; only Debit/Visa/Mastercard/Mobile Pay transactions will be accepted.
Upon checking in, golfers will be directed to the “On-Deck” waiting areas by the first tee of the appropriate course. Please follow all signage and respect the guidance of our staff. Following all instructions will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our staff and guests.
Pull carts and clubs are available for rental. Power carts are available for rent when ground conditions permit.
• No more than 4 Players per Group & No Walkers Permitted; Only Golfers who are registered for play in the Pro Shop are permitted on the golf course, Each Player must have their Own Golf Clubs & Bag; YOUNG CHILDREN: We want you and your children to be safe. Babies, children age 3 and under, and strollers are not permitted on the golf course.

• Play Ready Golf – if it’s safe to play your ball, go ahead! Keep Pace with the Group Ahead of You
• This course provides No Lightning Detection System – No siren or horn will be sounded. PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK
• No tailgating in the parking lot before or after your round.
By Law, Only Alcohol Purchased from the Clubhouse or Beverage Cart May Be Consumed on Premises;
BRINGING YOUR OWN ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED. Anyone with their own alcohol will have their entire group fees forfeited and will be asked to leave immediately. We reserve the right to check all coolers and bags on Oakville Executive property.
